Either party may terminate ongoing consultation services with reasonable notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. brightpathhubae may immediately suspend or terminate your access to our website if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms shall cease, except for those provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination date.
brightpathhubae shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulations, or technical failures.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and brightpathhubae regarding the use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
